Professor Dave Singh is a leading clinical scientist in COPD and asthma drug development. He is Professor of Clinical Pharmacology & Respiratory Medicine at the University of Manchester and Medical Director of the Medicines Evaluation Unit (MEU), where he has served as principal investigator on 300+ early- and late-phase respiratory trials. His research spans airway pharmacology and translational studies that move novel anti-inflammatory therapies from bench to proof-of-concept in patients.
Professor Singh sits on the GOLD Science Committee, has chaired the European Respiratory Society Airway Pharmacology Group, and serves on the editorial team of the European Respiratory Journal. He has authored 300+ peer-reviewed publications and is internationally recognized for shaping clinical endpoints and trial design in obstructive lung disease.
