Dr. Wolfgang Richter is a seasoned pharmacokinetics expert with over 30 years of experience in non-clinical DMPK, and drug development for both small molecules and therapeutic proteins. He has advanced numerous drug candidates into first-in-human (FIH) studies, several of which have successfully reached the market.
At Roche, Dr. Richter has played a leading role in the nonclinical development of monoclonal antibodies and other biologics, supporting programs from discovery through clinical translation. His work has been instrumental in advancing subcutaneous formulations of antibody therapeutics, and it included strategies for translational mechanistic pharmacokinetic and pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic modeling to advance drug development.
